The MassHire Metro South/West Career Centers are not unemployment offices. We do not have unemployment representatives who will file claims for customers. However walk-in customers may use our self-service center with dedicated UI Online computer stations on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additionally we offer unemployment navigation services where a staff member can help you file a claim online in our self-service center. (See the gray sidebar on the right for additional information.)

HERE FOR YOU WHEN TIMES ARE ROUGH

The Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA) administers the Unemployment Insurance program, providing temporary assistance to unemployed Massachusetts workers. For additional information, please visit the DUA website.
